  SPE Stands for Society of Petroleum Engineers, It is a professional organization for individuals working In or interested in the Oil and gas/Energy Industry. SPE student chapters typically host events such as guest lectures, networking events, and technical workshops to help members learn more about the industry. They also carry out community and school outreaches from time to time. I have been a very active member/Serial volunteer of SPE University of Ibadan Chapter from my first year, and was also recently elected as an Executive of the Chapter. I have volunteered for ALP(Ambassador Lecture Program) and Energy4me training/sessions. I have been in committees for chapter events planning, I have also served with my Event hosting skills by hosting a lot of Chapter events such as the Fresher’s Welcome, Linkup, Networking session, Industry week events like SOWSCO Petroquiz day, Career day etc. I am also a member of the Programs team and Publicity Team of SPE UI and have consistently attended and added visible impact to all chapter events Show less

  Boys Without Borders is an organization created to stand in advocacy, orientation and sensitization of the boy child, It aims to address the issues surrounding the boy-child and his development which has been treated with so much levity over the years and it has the ultimate goal of raising functional men. I lead the Finance Team, a team under BwB responsible for controlling all the financial activities of the organization, Planning funds raising projects, Money management/Record keeping and Account management for all members.I’ve always been passionate about making positive social impact and helping the boy child navigate his way into becoming a Functional man, this makes the job easier because it aligns with my vision for the boy child.   - Led a 14-man team in a multi-faceted campaign and awareness for a groundbreaking “Ambition Net Zero Carbon” Conference in the University of Ibadan, organized by SPE-UI in collaboration with Energy Club UI, which included a Waste Reduction Walk and a Sensitization series prior to the Conference. - Achieved impressive attendance records with representation from over 12 departments.
