  To upgrade version of Oracle Human Resources Management System in Federal International Finance (FIF). Testing the system integration test of Applicant and Oracle Learning Management Modules. In this project, I handle functionality of Export and Import Module. To increase quality of finance reporting that used to take business decision based on Bank Indonesia rule. Jatis activates this rule with creating a new system for Bank Mutiara Business report based on rule of PSAK 50/55. It manages fee amortization for Export Import Module and interest accrual for the Export Module. This project is to increase quality of finance reporting that used to take business decision, PT. Bank Mutiara will take on improvement from their business report with utilize new PSAK 50/55 rule according to Bank of Indonesia regularity, and Jatis activates this rule with creating a new system for Bank Mutiara Business report based on rule of PSAK 50/55. Melly Wihera Yulinda has been working in IT Professional Industry (Jatis Solutions) since June 15th, 2010 as a Jatis Development Trainee in Jatis Development Program. Jatis Development Program is a nine months intensive program which equipped all the participants with fundamental skills to be a world-class IT consultant. The goal of this project is to enhance quality of Jatis CRM that used to manage the relationship between the company and customer. Jatis CRM is a system that used by sales division in PT. Jatis Solutions. The enhancement include feature, reporting, and searching process.
