  ✓ Understand Job Requisition for both entry-level and high-level positions✓ Make 20-30 phone calls/contacts and submit 2 resumes each day✓Sourcing high-quality applicants for current orders, future orders, and in-demand skill sets through different Job portals: Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Monster and etc.✓Interviewing applicants, assessing qualifications, and discussing candidate's career objectives✓Building and fostering relationships with candidates and current field employees✓Matching qualified candidates with existing requirements and identifying potential opportunities within Eclaro Internal/External✓ Edit and ensure that resume formatting is done properly✓ Accurately provide the POC/TL with interview schedules✓ Provide HR with necessary information when an offer is made✓ Accurately enter candidate information and update the database✓ Able to multitask and work on different job requirements simultaneously Show less
