  As a Manager of the Collateral Valuation Department, I’m in charge of analysing the market values of Bank Mandiri’s collateral assets, including land, houses, buildings, plantations, vessels, etc. Defining KPIs, setting team goals, communicating with external appraisal firms, planning and executing IT projects, are some tools and techniques I use to achieve the goals.Current project: As part of Bank Mandiri’s digital transformation project, I’m currently working as a scrum master on an IT project that aims to digitise, simplify, and accelerate the process of collateral appraisal, namely the Mobile Tools & Collateral Appraisal Platform Project.
