  Computer Engineering Students Congress (BİLMÖK) is the largest national student congress in Turkey. The aim of BİLMÖK is to bring together academicians, expert speakers and IT sector employees, especially students studying in the Department of Computer Engineering, and to create a large pool of information. Since 2005, it has been held at a different university every year. The congress is carried out with the work of participants who are interested in the profession and who are active in the organisation and organisation in this field in their universities, who follow the developments closely, who produce ideas and offer solutions rather than just a ‘software worker’, and with discussion forums on the internet where important steps for the future are taken and ideas and information are shared. In addition, it also prepares a social infrastructure by enabling young people who will be colleagues in the future to come together. The organisational structure and activities of the congress are determined by a regulation and are implemented by the organising committee of the host university with the suggestions of the executive committee.
