  Operations Manager – Unit Support leads the Unit Support Team based in Wodonga and Benalla, and is responsible for ensuring service delivery, general guidance and support of VICSES Volunteer Units. This position is responsible for high level advice and training at municipal and regional levels to local government, other organisations, the community and within VICSES in the development, preparation, review and exercising of emergency management arrangements. This includes hazard planning, risk management facilitation and planning, representation on Municipal Emergency management Planning committees and development of preparedness and response plans.
