Think Big has funded 364 positive mental health projects across Ireland, allowing young people to access skills, funding and training to fundamentally change how Ireland thinks about youth mental health. In 2012 the Think Big Project won the Outstanding Achievement in CSR award at the Chambers Ireland Corporate Social Responsibility Awards. • Managed the relationship between Headstrong and Think Big corporate sponsor O2 and other organisation’s such as Foroige, NYCI and Youth Work Ireland.• Designed planned and implemented positive mental health training policies and procedures for young leaders involved in the Think Big project.• Provided mentoring and coordinated, trained and managed and motivated the O2 employee volunteers to act as guides to young people in completing their project. • Supported employee engagement through organised large scale volunteering events for O2 employees and their families. • Contributing to and maintaining the O2 quarterly Newsletter, keeping Volunteers and stakeholders informed of events and progress.• Designed and maintained a new recordkeeping and KPI measurement tool to enhance the ability of the program to track funding, project completion, service impact and programme outcomes.
