  - Performed portfolio maintenance and prospecting for new customers.- Responsible for the elaboration, specification, and negotiation of commercial proposals for sales of grinding media and internal lining of mills for mining and cement industries.- Performed all after-sales technical service in loco monitoring the performance of sold products, theoretical and practical studies to increase customer’s process efficiency, productivity, and cost reduction, indicating the best solutions also dealing with possible complaints.- Survey of sales metrics performed as needed by management.- Main customers in portfolio: Kinross, Mosaic Fertilizers, Ferrous, Vallourec, Yamana, AngloGold Ashanti, CMOC, Yara, CBMM, Caraíba Mining, Tupi Cements and Liz Cements. Main achievements:- Participated in the beginning of the commercial relationship with three major clients: Kinross Paracatu, Ferrous (Project Viga 4+) and Yara Fertilizers (Project Serra do Salitre).- In partnership with sister company Enaex Britanite, I was the coordinator of Magotteaux's first participation at Exposibram, in 2019, winner of the best booth award.- Assumed the implementation and training of a new internal process for handling non-conformities for the technical/commercial team in Latin America.- Participated in the creation and improvement of proprietary equipment for on-site inspections of internal mill linings and trained the Brazilian technical/commercial team.
