Among duties the main ones are resumed in: Revenue reports on monthly basis (consolidation and review), bi-annual planning for short and long term strategies of Continental Europe South's objectives to be presented and validated by Senior Management. Supervision and mentoring of junior sales and technical engineers. Leader of a Team of 18 senior and junior engineers proficient at completion, artificial lift and upstream chemicals. Maximize Company's market share, review and validate tender strategies, liase with Engineering (based in USA) to develop new products upon the provision of strong business cases. Manage a team of three operation engineers and seven field service engineers to perform deployment and installation of cased hole and open hole tools, flawlessly. Operations were executed in Italy, Iberia, France, Balkans, Greece, Turkey, Israel. Increase Baker Hughes' market penetration or footprint in Countries of Continental Europe South. Provide Customers with technical offers and feasibility studies for the maximization of hydrocarbon production and reduction of Capexx and Opexx during well production life.
