AlJeri and being managed by himself and his sons.Their business is focused on investment in Real Estate Development & Industrial Field, specifically in Oman and Kuwait.My role was mainly to manage the factory complex in Salalah, Oman as well as supporting the overall company operations in different area such as the mega real estate projects as Jawhart Salalah & Almazyona Free zone (free zone between Oman and Yemen) where I am involved in the main meeting and discussions as well as the sales & marketing for those projects. The factory complex in Salalah consists of three production lines: Interlock, Kerbstone & Ready-Mix. As a director, my role was mainly includes but not limited to: a. Set up all the factory procedure, documentation, reporting and organization chart.b. Set up of all the contracts of raw material suppliers, employment, delivery, sales, and other contracts as needed for the Plants.c. Supervising the Dept. managers for the three plants (interlock, Kerbstone and ready-mix) d. Set the production plan for interlock and kerbstone.e. Assure Quality control for the raw material and final products.f. Set the maintenance plan for all the machineries in the plants.g. The company is using KRAH technology, (KRAH Ag. is a German technology and machine provider) to produce large scale HDPE pipes, fittings & manholes. The product was the first of its type in Bahrain market.It was my responsibility to establish the company, to get it registered, certified, approved by the Ministry of works, specified in the projects specification, introduced to the 3C’s (Consultants, Contractors and Client).My role mainly includes but not limited to: a. Registering the company and the factory as commercial and manufacturing unit in Bahrain.b. Securing the required approval from the ministries and related authorities.c. Establishing the internal company procedure processes and general reporting system that includes: Finance, Sales, Production, Quality Control, purchase, store & Logistics, IT, HR & Admin.d. Get the company certified by the required certification as ISO 9001:2008.e. Approaching banks for facilities and serve their requirement.f. Established the customer data base and introduced KRAH Bahrain to the market.g. Conduct agreements with third party: suppliers, agents, distributors, outsourcing agreements.h.
