      Communications lead in the SME and Entrepreneurship Division at the OECD. During her tenure, Natalie led the communications efforts for a division of over 30 colleagues and managed all communications for the OECD SME & Entrepreneurship Ministerial Meeting, attended by more than 300 participants. This encompassed developing a comprehensive communications campaign strategy and creating a toolkit specifically tailored for participants of the SMEE ministerial. Additionally, she orchestrated an engaging storytelling component and oversaw the production of a photography exhibition showcasing entrepreneurs, from conceptualisation to the creation of visual print assets, all accomplished within a demanding three-week timeline. Show less Co-ordinated communications outputs within the Centre for Tax Policy and Administration directorate (CTPA), executing diverse responsibilities for a dynamic team of over 250 colleagues. This included developing and executing strategic communications plans for reports and major publications and events, encompassing the creation of compelling materials such as brochures, flyers, and briefs.
