  As the user experience researcher, I was responsible for engaging with people to collect and analyze data that informed the product design process of the Doji online platform. Also played a role in ResearchOps, organizing participant recruitment, scheduling interviews, designing and running the usability tests, knowledge management, sharing qualitative research data with the entire organization, and building UXR advocacy across the companyUsability tests- Worked with the UX design team in creating over 20 Figma clickable prototypes we used to test with users along different moments of the user journey.- Led over 100 qualitative interviews during the 7 months working there. This included elaborating the screener questionnaires, the research plan, the discussion guide, managing recruiting and inviting participants using a third-party recruitment platform, and collecting, analyzing, and presenting the findings to stakeholders.Exploratory research- Identified the main personas for Doji by interviewing 50+ participants. - Validated value proposition for Doji. - Mapped out opportunities for reducing friction during the user journey for each persona. Identified issues and causes of low conversion and traffic.- Worked closely with the sales and marketing teams in assessing complaints and challenges users faced while using the Doji platform and helped identify the root causes as part of the generative research initiative.Research Advocacy- Implemented a weekly research findings newsletter to inform the broader team and keep everyone aligned and engaged with the research work.- Trained the UX design leader in the basics of UX research so they could start leading some of the user tests using the prototypes we developed.
