  The day to day running of a 170,000 SqFt of prime office & Retail space in Manchester City Centre. My role includes the management of 9 Security Officers, 2 x Engineers & a team of cleaners, ensuring standards within the building are second to none. I am responsible for ensuring all statutory & non statutory maintenance and inspections are undertaken in a timely fashion in line with the site PPM's and current legislation i.e L8, F-Gas etc.I am responsible for ensuring all H&S Policies are adhered to, reviewing onsite and contractors Risk Assessments & Method Statements before any works are undertaken. I liaise with the Blue Chip tenants on a weekly, Monthly & Quarterly basis to discuss any issues they may be encountering with a view to resolving them in a timely fashion.I am responsible for compiling & managing a service charge budget and ensuring we are on track Month by Month.I report directly to the Facilities Manager and I am responsible for submitting a report covering Staff, Accidents, Incident Reports etc on a monthly basis. My role includes the supervision, rostering and processing wages for 9 Security Officers, Supervising a team of 8 Cleaners and Liaising with Tenants and Contractors on a daily basis. I am responsible for ensuring the building is statutory compliant and all plant/equipment is serviced as necessary and on time. I regularly attend meetings with Greater Manchester Police and Manchester City Council to discuss issues in and around my place of work. I am also responsible for the downloading and Correct issue of CCTV Data to relevant agencies.I report directly to the Facilities Manager and have to submit a report to him on a monthly basis.
