  • Supervised production for all general sessions including audio visual requirements, content development, scripting, rehearsal, keynote selection and any logistics pertaining to the event.• Fully responsible for the online and onsite implementation of attendee registration.• Managed over 100 professional development sessions including implementation of the proposal submission process, selection, and all presenter management prior to and after the conference. Working with a committee to develop specific educational outcomes appropriate to our audience.• Initiated first community awareness programs within our events. The blood drive, which still takes place, has donated hundreds of pints of blood. This event exceeded my expectations with double the expected attendance size and over $11K in revenue for our foundation.
