      • Supervised production for all general sessions including audio visual requirements, content development, scripting, rehearsal, keynote selection and any logistics pertaining to the event.• Fully responsible for the online and onsite implementation of attendee registration.• Managed over 100 professional development sessions including implementation of the proposal submission process, selection, and all presenter management prior to and after the conference. Working with a committee to develop specific educational outcomes appropriate to our audience.• Initiated first community awareness programs within our events. The blood drive, which still takes place, has donated hundreds of pints of blood. The wellness sessions and activities incorporated into our conference program have grown to include sponsorship support.• Extensive knowledge of housing contracts including negotiations, room blocks and concession allocation.• Event budgets and contracting third party vendors.• Direct experience with event marketing including developing creative ideas for communication schedule, email content, distribution and social media outreach. • Experience in supervising logistical operations for International events. • Direct all other annual events for APCO including the Leadership in Public Safety Awards Dinner, Emerging Technologies Forum and Nexus.• Passionate about spreading the message of wellness, I developed and directed the Association's first 5K running event. This event exceeded my expectations with double the expected attendance size and over $11K in revenue for our foundation.
