      This role manages, maintains, and monitors the service delivery of the Operations Center including changes, incidents, escalations and outages. MODs interact with different stakeholders during crisis situations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. They are engaged in problem resolution of complex problems relating to operations performance. They act as a coordinator and point of escalation for Operators/Technical Support Professionals or management during problem recovery activities. Job role specific responsibilities: · Maintains (oversee and manage) the daily operation in the OC according to the KPIs/SLAs.· Support the teams to find the right solution in time. · Manages customer relationship with all parties (clients, management, OC employees etc) in a polite and professional manner. · Tracks scheduled changes. · Immediately reports emerging issues to concerned parties.· Provides operation representation, coordinates and acts as a single point of contact in case of Major Incident, Escalation, Outage. · Ensures compliance with quality regulations.· Monitors ticket handling in order to ensure process management requirements (orders, severity, deadline, update quality). · Initiates process improvement with proposals in case opportunity is identified. · Reports the performance of the Operators towards their Line managers. · Prepares / Checks daily shift handover documentation. · Helps and handles all situations in OC (eg personal issues, execution of disaster recovery plan –DPR).· Reports on DPR test execution. · Complies with data security requirements. · Ensures that fire, accident, health and safety as well as property protection regulations are adhered to.· Participates in client visits.Skills:· Outstanding communication and negotiation skills –verbally and in writing in English· cooperation, ability to work in teams and under stress, · flexibility, · intercultural competence· people management skills Show less
