      -Analyzed the feedback collected from learners, industry trends and partners (companies) and made recommendations for the new phase, which were implemented.-Designed and developed interactive online content and tasks which were tailored to fit the needs of the learners, hence the division of the tasks into Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. The content included Entrepreneurship, Work Readiness, Freelance and Entry Level modules.-Created interactive content for the online videos, coordinated the video shoots and oversaw the editing of the videos to completion and approval stage.-Managed and trained one team member (Content Developer Assistant).-Created strategies which were approved and implemented.88% of the learners reported that their needs were met because of the tailored content and practical field tasks.-Mentored 24 trainees, which led to 13 being employed within four months.-Trained approximately 80 trainees on Professional Development. Show less -Developed quarterly strategies for the training team which were approved and implemented.-Conducted Training Of Trainers for the new hires and created the trainers’ handbook that assisted the trainers to implement creative delivery strategies, which led to a Net Promoter score of above 9 in every cohort.-Introduced and implemented the Learning and Development sessions for the training team and intensive monthly coaching session, that led to the improvement of performance, ownership of work and more motivation.-Developed and implemented an assessment process/selection for the Skills2Grow participants which led to high retention of high-quality candidates in the program and after placement of the trainees.-Designed an onboarding process for the successful participants of the program-Conducted the needs assessment and analyzed reports done by other stakeholders, which helped in the tailoring and re-designing of the Skills2Grow program.-Designed and developed interactive content for the Skills2Grow Program, which led to an 87% retention rate.-Reduced the drop out rate of the trainees from the program to 2.5% by ensuring that the program is engaging and practical and involved experts from various relevant fields.-Increased the number of trainees from approximately 40 to 90 per cohort by revamping the assessment process, creating a referral strategy, redesigning the program content and developing new marketing strategies such as the intern of the month recognition.-Organized the graduation events for the trainees who successfully finished the program. -Trained and coached approximately 500 youths on Business Development, Entrepreneurship and Soft Skills using engaging methodologies such as group discussions, presentations, field tasks, self-reflective questions, blended learning etc.-Initiated a competitive volunteer ship program, which in turn reduced costs and increased efficiency in the training department.
