  Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure smooth and continuous functioning of the SAP CRM system catering to the entire Reliance Retail business which approximated 3,000+ stores and 10,000+ crores turnover in 2014.2. Engage with the business heads, CFO’s and Operations Head of the Digital, Vision Express, Loyalty and RESQ SBU’s as my key internal customers3. Participate in the Software Architecture Group, which evaluated and approved all changes to the IT Application architecture before subsequent development and rollout.4. Manage a team of SAP consultants and developers with respect to their technical and human resource needs.5. Project Head for all major implementations in the SAP CRM landscape.Key Achievement:Led the SAP CRM Transformation Project for Reliance Retail. This was an INR 80 Crores / 800 Million Project with a peak team size of 100+. It impacted a live business of 6000 Crores+ and 3000+ stores. Considered as the top 3 high risk projects for the enterprise between 2012 and 2014, the Project went live with a two month delay on the original timeline of 18 months. It was a big bang implementation where all the impacted businesses were moved to the new application landscape with a business downtime of 12 hours.Milestones:1.SAP CRM Implementation for Reliance Digital (Electronics), Reliance Autozone (Automobile Servicing) and Opticals.2.Customer data management for Reliance One loyalty program. This program reached a data volume of 20 Million at the time of my separation.3. Redesigning of the Sales Order management system to an IOS app based front end with integration to SAP CRM and SAP ECC.4.Process transformation of the Vision Express (Opticals) format from a SAP CRM Service process to a SAP CRM Sales Order based process with order based procurement.5.Process re-design of SAP CRM service transactions from CRM billing to ECC billing with resultant migration and legacy data management.
