  Student Caller

  Over the Summer holidays I had the pleasure of participating in Reigate Grammar’s Telephone Campaign as a student caller. I improved my communication and teamwork skills and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with both past and present Reigatians about their experience whilst studying at the school and their careers. As a team we raised £65,000 for bursary students which will make a fantastic contribution to bursary provisions.

  With this role I will aim to maintain a healthy, encouraging atmosphere in the club whilst welcoming new members. Alongside the other exec members, I will run training sessions, organise matches and liaise with other JCR members as well as DU staff. Outreach to young children, teaching them about their impact on the environment and what they can do to improve their everyday sustainability.Preparation and delivery of educational resource materials with a team of dedicated volunteers.

Encouraging prospective offer holders to choose Durham University Chemistry department.

Assisted clients in developing strategies to ensure qualification for R&D tax credit relief with combined value greater than £1m. Compiled a 3,000-word ESG tax governance report, highlighting failures and settlements in different jurisdictions relating to profit shifting & transfer mispricing. Performed and drafted transfer pricing benchmarking analyses and subsequent reports for clients. Prepared PAYE settlement agreement drafts for a high-profile automobile company. Show less
