I help oversee planning assignments, day-to-day client relationships and manage internal teams. One of my newest clients, Jarden Sports Licensing/Rawlings, has allowed me to greatly increase my knowledge of all things digital. As lead account manager, my responsibilities include campaign planning, managing client financials/budget, industry research, social media planning and day-to-day communication with my client and team members within the agency. I have managed the development and launch of three websites and executed a campaign to build brand awareness around a new line of products which includes traditional, digital, social and other various media components. As part of the Subway team, my responsibilities range from annual planning and client communication to reporting and account maintenance. My day-to-day activities include analyzing industry and competitive information, writing monthly newsletters, developing weekly sales reports, managing design and production processes, coordinating sponsorship programs for all of our Subway markets and ongoing client communication.
