  » Execute design change Sustenance projects and support NPD design changes andimplement changes effectively. Also, to update/create SOEs documents.» Work with regulatory affairs team members to acquire the required approvals to qualify the change in the product for Medical and Non-Medical Lab products (ULT, Incubators, Cryo, BSC, Shakers etc.,).» Preparation FAI report based on functionality and considering GD&T.» Perform Risk management and risk analysis activities.» Modify mechanical engineering design/BOM of moderate scope in conjunction with creation/release of engineering drawings & BOM using Engineering Change Management process.» Coordinates multifunctional teams to ensure effective design and Cross-functional team approvals.» Creating reports and documentation. Responsible for reporting the progress of all assigned tasks to the Engineering Manager and Project Management teams.» Organize and maintain existing engineering records.» Responsible for checking and validating Mechanical Engineers designs and drawings where required.» Execute projects per site QMS process (ISO 13485).» Key member in ISO internal audit team to make sure the process is followed by every individual.
