  Active Families Enfield is a social community campaign created to encourage families to be more active in Enfield. Within this campaign I share free and paid for activities to do in Enfield and the surrounding area that encourages families to spend more time together having fun and being more active.Over a quarter of year 6 children in The London Borough of Enfield are obese, so this is a very worrying issue in this borough and one that needs to be addressed. As part of this campaign myself and my family documented our activities to add a personal element to the campaign and of course to ‘practise what we preach’.This is an ongoing campaign on Twitter and Instagram.
