  - Conduct detailed analysis of credit proposal submitted by RSMs/AMs, Factory Heads includes both quantitative & qualitative factors for valuation addition in decision making.- Undertaking an officiating assignment as Cluster Manager Trade. Supervising a team of experienced 16 trade individuals located at different locations pan province. - Ensure conformity of credit proposal with regulatory guidelines of policy.- Analyze operational aspect of the obligor through market check & site visit.- Processing of credit proposal within stipulated TAT and in a timely manner.- Present views on credit to senior management for quality credit decision.- Keep track and follow up for early regularization of bad debts & over dues.- Effectively communicate at all levels for smooth cluster operations. - Discuss & review periodical reports with Cluster Head to devise strategies for target achievements.- To assist cluster head in maintaining credit quality of existing portfolio and booking of fresh exposure within regulatory/policy guidelines. - Other Projects and assignment as assign by Cluster Head.
