      Senior clinician

Private agency specializing in the psychological services (specifically Applied Behaviour Analysis) for children, adolescents and adults who present with behavioural, developmental or cognitive disorders that impact on interpersonal, social or community adjustment. Provision of Home-Based ABA/IBI programs and School-Based ABA supported inclusion programs for child and adolescents with ASD in Toronto, Hamilton, Brantford and surrounding areas. Utilizing an Applied Behaviour Analytic approach, various methods of intervention (e.g. discrete trial, incidental learning, precision teaching, pivotal skills training, social skills training, and/or problem behaviour management) were incorporated into the programming for children with autism within their home setting (intensive EIBI/IBI, parent training and/or consultative), centre setting (Children's College/Private School: where I was the Coordinator/Principal for approx 9 years) and school setting (school consultations as requested and/or as needed after transition from intensive intervention).
