Hansen and Novozymes to become Novonesis.Being employee representative has been a unique development opportunity – bringing my voice to the executive table, shaping high-level, impactful decisions, and working with senior management and professional executives on the full broad scope of topics at the Board level, including for example financial targets and performance, M&A, diversity, sustainability, retention and risk management.
