      Server Build and ORT (VMware) In the project (Server Build and ORT) we were around 22 resource team responsible to perform the end to end server build activity on Windows 2000, 2003 & 2008 for both physical and virtual servers. Server Build Activity (Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 only), Storage & network configuration on ESX for new VM & VM creation and OS deployment through ISO image. In post build activity; there were around 42 activities which we have to perform on each server, following activities are the few of them.Installation and configuration of NBU Net Backup, MaCfee ePO agent, RSA and ILA. WSUS Server configuration and settings for update, Required route addition, Promoting server to DC and adding rest server to domain, changes in services & Installation of required other software like SQL, etc.Project – 1 Managed Services (Wintel) - In the project (Managed Services) we were around 62 resources, who were responsible to provide the L-2 technical support to around 23000 windows server out of which around 11000 server were virtual and rest are physical, following activity we were doing in support. • Most of the servers are belongs to HP, Dell and IBM & we were supporting remotely using HP SIM, Dell Open Manage Administration and IBM Director for checking the server physical health. Also Remotely resolving the problem of servers e.g. hardware troubleshooting, OS validation, monitoring server OS, server health and services, We were using Patrol agent service for day to day monitoring• Were taking care of technical issue of the print servers, file servers, network printers & were working on Vantive and AOTS BMC-Remedy ticketing system.
