  I was hired by GE Power to ensure the effective management of many multi-million USD retrofit technical proposals and engineering executions. Day-to-day Responsibilities… Spearheading various engineering projects from initial planning to final execution under time and budget. Planning and conducting tiring site surveys. Handling customer queries to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention. Coordinating GE R&D Switzerland NPI program for the development of LP turbine's new last-stage airfoils. Establishing and maintaining high-level communications between the site, customer, and company headquarters. Key Accomplishments: • Created thermal correction curves; approved by the GE technology management.• Generated a $150M firm order by responding to client inquiries within strict deadlines.• Decreased the engineering cost by 20-30% by improving the in-house engineering work process and services.• Acknowledged with several awards at GE for delivering results in tight timelines, completing engineering proposals, and assisting performance testing teams at the site in completing the performance calculations.• Managed mega-deal tender worth $60M with India's largest power producer.• Worked on a complicated design technical proposal for a process industry; secured an order worth $9M and designed an in-kind retrofit solution for an 84MW steam turbine machine.
