  Responsible for oversight on all programs existing under the organization’s five mission pillars: Education, Advocacy, Treatment, Research, and Support. These programs include: parent to parent mentoring, Virtual Health Resource Platform, volunteers, feeding struggle identification research, and works with the parent council and medical professional councils. Managed volunteer and parent to parent support program. Contributed to fund development through grantwriting and facilitating the 2nd Annual Take Your Place at the Table Luncheon. Coordinated parent to parent support program and developed a volunteer program including recruitment, onboarding, continued management, communication, development, evaluation, and recognition.
