Involved during pre-commissioning and commissioning of Naphtha hydro treated section, Catalytic Reforming section, Benzene Toluene section, Xylene & Heavy aromatic section of Naphtha processing plant with commissioning expert.3. Start-up activities such as heater, compressor, pump operation.4. Distributed Control System (DCS) operation.5. Reporting to maintenance department during any mechanical and electrical problem.6.To troubleshoot if any problem occurs during plant operation.07.Erection, Commissioning & Operation experience on Hydro-treating unit and Reforming unit .08.Supervision of process plant erection & Commissioning works under consultancy of CHEMEX LLC, USA.09.Plant documentations and HES Supervision.10. Electrical and Instrumentation supervision; Control valve air tubing and tuning inspection.11.Provide technical support to field in identifying and rectifying problems related to process, piping and equipments.12.
