The main purpose is to make easy the job of lots of doctors from different doctor offices. Though the primary focus was doctor offices of Ophthalmology, now this company is also focusing on psychiatric doctor offices. The employees of this company serve the doctors by verifying the patient's insurance policies, billing the patients and their respective insurance companies, and finally creating an explanation of benefits reports for all parties and updating them. The whole process is done in some management software- Office Mate, Practice Mate, Practice Fusion, etc.Job Responsibilities: 1. Verifying a patient’s insurance benefits 2. Billing the patients3.
