Jan 2011 - Jan 2015Associate project directorAs a franchise consultant, I participated in more than 100 projects of the development of the sales network developing business concepts in trade and distribution, services and gastronomy / HORECA sectors. Most complex projects:Mediq Pharmacy - retail part of ACP Pharma, a Dutch pharmaceutical consortium operated in Poland. Project management of building franchise system prepared operation documentation (operation manuals, financial projections, franchise agreement, distribution agreement, franchisee recruitment application, and after that as an interim manager I was responsible for franchisee recruitment and implementation of Mediq system onto the market). At this time it was the first franchise system in the pharmaceutical sector in Poland. After that, I was involved in 3 similar projects in the same branch of the market.Bartek S.A. - biggest children shoes factory and sales network in Poland - besides franchising system development I was involved in several projects to optimise the architecture of sales and implementation of the ERP system and also further development of the organisational structure, identifying, improving and optimising organisation and management processes.Dom Książki - one of the oldest bookstore sales networks in Poland.
