  Supervision of construction activities in Process area of $28.75 billion of North Field East (NFE) expansion project of QatarEnergy LNG constituting to construct 4 LNG mega trains to increase the LNG production capacity of Qatar from 77 mtpa to 110 mtpa.Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:• Take Safety as a first priority and Follow Golden Rules.• Attend required SHES / QA Trainings.• Ensure assigned CTJV and Subcontractor personnel comply with Company, CTJV and Subcontractor SHES policies, plans and procedures.• Ensure Subcontractors comply with all relevant QC plans and procedures.• Ensure that Subcontractors are working on up-to-date design documentation. • Liaise with engineering department to ensure a prompt response to engineering queries. • Ensure Subcontractor records all modifications on 'as-built' drawings. • Will have an in-depth understanding of and will supervise electrical Subcontractors to ensure they adhere to, Project specifications, CTJV and Subcontractor procedures, plans, WMS’s, ITP’s and other SHES and quality documentation relating to his area of responsibility. • Co-ordinate with the other CTJV discipline groups in handing over work to other Subcontractors. • Review Subcontractor progress and manage change requests, submitting them to the project control department. • Monitor Subcontractors labor levels and review trade composition against Project requirements to ensure progress and productivity-targets are achieved.• Prepare daily and weekly construction reports, as required. • Review weekly progress against short-term plans and liaise with Subcontractors in proposing measures to improve progress. • Review material and equipment deliveries and report discrepancies, shortages etc. to the Electrical Superintendent. • Ensure that due consideration is given to the financial implications of all instructions to Subcontractors, reducing CTJV costs whenever possible.
