      I worked across multiple teams and data sources, providing business insights to inform decision-making. Key responsibilities included:- Harnessing multiple datasets to drive seamless integration of data and analytics in line with the broader digital and business transformation strategy. - Managing the analytical processes in place for Trade Excellence, which involved: Routinely translating complex data into a narrative that provides actionable insight for relevant business functions; Establishing a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of key product supply chains and distribution channels. - Delivering a project to review and critically assess brand performance reports to create consistent and standardized reporting across therapy areas. - Providing objective insight into current and future company performance versus key competitors, and reporting on notable market events to senior management.Outside of my role, I was involved in a workstream to help educate and grow understanding of the key business performance metrics across the commercial teams, in order to increase cross-functional collaboration and drive positive behaviours. Show less I engaged with healthcare professionals to provide value and support with regards to Janssen’s products in the rheumatology portfolio. In this role I carried out the following:- Achieved sales objectives by delivering market share and sales growth within a highly competitive and cost-restricted market. - Developed, presented, and executed business plans for leading physicians and key accounts.- Collaborated cross-functionally and with key opinion leaders to deliver four national peer-to-peer events aimed at raising awareness and advancing understanding of product data and positioning. - Acted as field team technical lead to support colleagues in utilising analytical tools to better understand how their customers interact with digital channels. Show less - I collaborated across commercial teams to build understanding of the KPIs for Customer Interaction Excellence, and to provide support of the analytics platform. - I developed QlikSense dashboards for marketing, sales, and digital teams to evaluate customer engagement with digital channels and email campaigns. - I led training sessions for digital, sales and marketing teams on how to extract meaningful insight from analytical dashboards, as well as to increase uptake and utilization of these tools (in line with the digital transformation strategy). I also undertook a 3-month secondment in Market Research, key responsibilities included:- Project management; delivering market research projects on time and within budget. - Generating insights to feed into commercial strategy development, as well as for assessing commercial output and performance. - Ensuring adherence to codes of conduct and SOPs within the UK and EMEA context. During my time in the role, I also attained the Introduction to Pharmaceutical Business Intelligence and Market Research certification from the British Healthcare Business Intelligence Association (BHBIA). This included planning, coordination and implementation of multistep email campaigns, third party promotion and an update of the promotional website.
