  -Provided administrative support, assisting the executive assistant to the provost and the vice provosts for academic affairs, planning, and faculty affairs with administrative and reporting tasks and special projects.-Assisted the vice provost for planning by tracking expenses, budgets, and financial reports for the provost’s office and its nine subunits-Coordinated the activities of five teams, including 37 personnel, across campus to meet accreditation requirements for the Higher Learning Commission, the University's accrediting body.-Supported the summer teaching and intersession pay processes across campus by reviewing and approving workloads from each of the colleges.   -Maintain a nearly $1 million departmental budget activity, including assisting the IDEALS executive director with financial and position budgeting and expense planning, running and analyzing budget versus actuals reports in Workday, ensuring financial reconciliation, performing research and accounting adjustments as needed, and producing reports for finance and administration, office of sponsored programs, donors, and other stakeholders.-Track the budget activity for the $2.185M Train, Recharge, Uplift (TRU) Powered by IDEALS gift project providing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) training as well as non-profit operational capacity building for 47 non-profit organizations in Northwest Arkansas.-Conduct Workday business processes, including financial reporting, processing honorariums, procurement and travel transactions, period activity pay (PAP) for unit pay to consultants, expense reports, customer invoicing, and internal service delivery processing.-Assist the IDEALS team with planning, execution, assessment, and evaluation of its programs and events.-Stay abreast of campus policies and procedures related to fiscal management, travel, and procurement and ensured that our department followed necessary processes.-Conducted the request for proposal process from start to finish to secure a $75,000 Professional/Consultant Services contract with a vendor for our evaluation procedures to analyze our programming effectiveness.
