Responsible for monitoring and controlling the budgets pertaining to the above initiatives. Also for the above initiatives, my project teams and I developed documentation involving the Project Lifecycle, such as Initiation, Design, Testing, Deployment/Go-Live, and Project Closure.I have trained all new CHOC project managers on the CHOC Project Lifecycle.I am currently leading the following initiatives:1.
