In 2018, I was promoted to Assistant Manager, and in 2019, I achieved the position of Store Manager. This promotion was a result of my successful participation in Raymond's "Accelerate your Career" program, where I secured the 1st position pan india after completing a 41-week classroom and on-site learning experience at Mumbai headquarters.This program provided comprehensive training in various aspects of the retail business, including Retail finance, Visual merchandising, supply chain management, HR and operations, product and design, among others.
