These systems were high-throughput — producing an average of 100,000 kg of cheese per day.▪ Ensured consistency in quality across a range of QC metrics including pH, fat and salt content and moisture, making adjustments in recipes or processes where necessary. ▪ Performed various jobs in dairy packing and manufacture as needed.
