  I have led efforts in aligning donor strategies with the ILO’s initiatives against child and forced labour, central to resource mobilization and partnerships. My work has involved developing an overview of donor strategies, identifying potential outcome funders, and broadening donor contacts for the 5th Global Conference against child labour. I have provided expertise on EU and IFIs funding cycles, spearheaded a working group on resource mobilization, and played a strategic role in planning for the 8.7 target interventions.In portfolio management, I have been a key resource in coordinating new projects development, responding to calls for proposals and sole sourcing, and establishing multi-donor programs. I have managed a comprehensive project and donor database and created a repository for essential project documentation. I have led negotiations on financial and non-financial agreements and acted as a focal point for donor compliance and project implementation questions, establishing an online community of practice for adherence to donor requirements and contributing to donor reports for global projects.Furthermore, I have co-led the coordination and content development of a high-level panel on financing the elimination of child labour and strategic sessions on financing SDG 8.7. I have provided insights for a study on public-private partnerships aimed at eliminating child labour and have guided the financing dimension of the 8.7 Accelerator Lab initiatives. Show less
