My project is about a novel detection scheme for SCORE that enables spatial resolution which allows selective measurement of several regions of interests including a cost effective detection. Resistance against temperature fluctuations and low reagent consumption makes this direct optical method a robust and easy-to-use biosensor to detect biomolecular binding interaction (e.g. antibody tests).
