  Inspection engineer

  Perform external and/or internal inspection over all the plant vessels (separators, tanks, heaters, towers, heat exchangers ………) according to inspection plan with specific interval time be determined according to code. Determine any required repair or replacement. Follow up the repair procedure. Follow up any required non destructive tests over the repaired locations.Witness equipment’s to be hydro tested after repairs in order to be ready to back to service. Calculating the corrosion rate for each Equipment and corrosion loop. Calculating the remaining life time for each equipment. Preparing the list of items to be replaced during the annual shut down according to the remaining life calculation and visual Inspection. Witness pressure safety valves testing and re-calibration. Check all applicable documents. Good knowledge of International Codes and Standards related to fabrication and Inspection of pressure vessels piping, heat ex hangers, storage tanks etc. Show less
