Because different source of data (Partner uses Activation Report, First Media uses Billing data). The gap of variance above 5%. Solution:- Technical Side: Discrepancies occur because inactive customers continue to roll over their services. So, then terminate the service & service to customers who are no longer entitled to have the service.- Commercial Side: From the data obtained, that 33.7% of the total invoices submitted by partners were not the fault of the internal system.
