Lead a team of expert program managers focused on collaborative and efficient delivery, with an eye for risk avoidance and cost effectiveness. Led the upgrade and migration of Infrastructure platforms supporting Mexico business units. Facilitated modernization, virtualization, and recoverability practices aimed at reducing number and severity of operational incidents. Led the deployment of Infrastructure platforms supporting Digital sales for Regional business units in multiple markets. Partnered with executives across the Global Technology organization to facilitate timely and effective programs delivery on behalf of local market executives. Resided on-site for extended periods in both Japan and Australia, operated fully remotely with United Arab Emirates. Responsible for a number of functions, primarily focused on aligning infrastructure platforms and resources with business capability improvements. Oversaw infrastructure and platform upgrade and tech debt activities, focusing on business impact and incident avoidance. Held a number of different roles within Project Mgmt - from standard Waterfall AD builds, through mission critical program planning and relationship management. Focused on WebSite Analytics platforms, End to End user experience reporting and analysis, and infrastructure/system availability metrics. Designed and Developed custom applications in a number of programming languages and platforms.
