Managed a strategy committee responsible for developing a project manager's manual and a supervisor's guide. Charged with ensuring consistent structure and implementation of corporate procedures throughout the company. Revised the corporate travel policy and developed procedures for establishing offices in international locations, including Ivory Coast and Uganda.Conceptualized and implemented a duty officer program to provide emergency support to employees while on travel.
