  Ensure that the center runs with legality and conformity to established regulations. Some of the regulations pertain to the adherence to the Community Care license regulations (Title 22 and/or Title5), and use of tools such as NAEYC /Quality Matters standards. Management of fiscal responsibilities such monthly budgets, plan and lead monthly staff meetings, organization of a minimum of four family/community events per year. Work with Regional Coordinator to provide support for all departments including, but not limited to, finance, marketing, outreach, staff development and program.
