While working, I volunteered as a teaching assistant, which allowed me to develop my understanding of the Primary Curriculum, the general day to day running of a classroom and school, both from an admin and social perspective. I was the only member of my cohort to complete my final placement in London. I actively sought the school I trained in and believe this led to me successfully finding my NQT job in Tower Hamlets.
