      Working in collaboration with the NGO The Global Experience, I have been the training manager for the Digital Participation Camp and Summit for 3 years already. 7 months on site in 2014. Nowadays in close partnership with the organization as European fundraiser for the DPC 2015 and DPC 2016.The Digital Participation Camp (DPC) is a network of young talented individuals who meet each summer in Münster, Germany to work on projects that implement social change through digital technology.Training coordination before, during and after the camp. Participants selection and waiting list management. Preparation of info pack and all needed logistical tasks (flights, pre-reads, agenda, invitation letters, Visas, communication with participants, diplomas preparation, venue, facilitators needs, etc). Team meetings for evaluation and reporting (Learning cycle).Event management. On the spot logistical duties (materials provider, shopping list coordination, marketing materials distribution).
