My area of responsibility includes Logistics, Procurement and Planning functions, ~1400 employees in total.Key achievements:• Made an impact into Supply Chain strategy development by leading the learning strategy creation for capability development. Created and aligned the learning programs portfolio, organisation and job ticket which allowed to implement global initiatives as well as run local on time and with high quality.• Being a part of global team created 8 curricula for different logistics roles from blue-collars to managerial roles, created more than 40 materials as a part of the curricula including knowledge check.• Transferred procurement sourcing training into online without losing quality according to the participants' and managers' feedback.• Gathered a community of 30 internal subject matter experts to create country specific hard skills training and adjust global materials supporting the launch of a global learning initiative. Together we adjusted and created more than 50 courses which allow to reduce the onboarding time for all newcomers and guarantee having the same level of capabilities as in other countries of the company presence.Main responsibilities:1.
