  As a research intern at Immunodynamics lab, I developed various DNN model architectures to investigate T-cell activation in the tumor microenvironment and its underlying interactions. Additionally, I utilized perturbation analysis and feature importance to examine the impact of various microenvironmental factors on T-cell activation, such as the presence of regulatory T-cells or cytokines.
