The test is endorsed by IndustryBodies & Academia alike.Phase 2 - Critical Thinking Test The shortlisted participants shall be assessed on an individual's ability to take one's thinking apart systematically, to analyze each part and to arrive at conclusions which are impartial, well informed and objective through an online assessment.Phase 3 - Group Exercise and Leadership Competency Index TestThe shortlisted participants shall undergo a group exercise that will evaluate them on their communication and interpersonal skills along with group dynamics and leadership skills. The assessment will be conducted on-ground at pre-decided venues by The Economic Times Digital.Phase 4 - Interaction with Program Jury In the final phase, the shortlisted candidates shall get a chance for one-on-one interaction with the Program Jury comprising CXOs of India Inc.
