The Building includes the partial demolition of the existing Hospital, rehabilitation and construction of new hospitals. General purpose including 8 operating rooms for major surgery, minor surgery 3, 144 double rooms long stay, outpatient hospital care with 20 rooms for short stay. Energetically certified & monitorized are the main features. The BUA are 28.950,00 sqm.- HOTEL OF 4 STARS, STUDENT RESIDENCE & RETAIL SPACES AT MISERICORDIA, PAMPLONAArchitect. The project was developed jointly with a complex urban planning due to the privilege location in the middle of the city. The building contained a tower of 12 floors for hospitality, a linear block of 5 floors with residential use & the two first floors for retail areas. The BUA are 29.300,00 sqm- PROJECT OF EXECUTION OF 135 DWELLINGS AT LEZKAIRU, PAMPLONA BIM Coordinator & Architect. One tower of 9 floors for dwellings and one linear block of 8 floors with two plants of basements located in Lezkairu. The sustainability design & the special application of the materials are the most remarkable features. The BUA are 15.550,00 sqm.- PROJECT OF EXECUTION OF 29 DWELLINGS AT ITURRAMA, PAMPLONA BIM Coordinator & Site Architect. Project of one block of multiple stories with four plants of basements jointly located close to the castle park of Pamplona. The project sketches a building for 29 dwellings of various types on a geometrically complex site. Great care, innovative construction solutions and quality of used materials are one of the most remarkable features of the project. The BUA are 2.550,00 sqm. Show less
