The main concern of the insured is the fast processing of his claim. So, the company started, mid 1995, the studies relating to the process reengineering of Automobile claim processing. The aim was to separate automobile claim processing from the general Integrated Insurance System mentioned above by developing a separate Client-Server system for automobile claim processing that would become the core of the Customer Service Center (CSC). The system was planned to be designed and developed using the latest tools in Database , Imaging and Workflow technologies. After the process reengineering was completed , late 1995, the Information Services Department (ISD) started the analysis, design and development of the system. Some specific tasks are mentioned below.• Was responsible for the Login feature of the Data Management subsystem.• Carried out maintenance tasks in the Discrepancy Management subsystem.• Carried out the modelling, design and most of the development of the Login feature of the Data Capture API.• Carried out the overhaul of the CRF Page Tracking feature of the Data Management subsystem.- Achievements :• Through in-depth knowledge of the development tools, I spearheaded and disseminated a methodology of producing reliable code throughout the development group of the Pharmaceutical Applications Division. • While adhering to the standard development procedures and methods adopted by the Pharmaceutical Applications Division, I innovated an approach of tightly integrating the various phases of the system life-cycle in order to achieve a maximum degree of flexibility in revising a completed phase with minimal impact on the ongoing phases, which in turn expedites the whole process of system development.• Leading a team of 2 developers to produce an API for the core functionality of the Oracle Clinical product within the deadlines set by the division. In addition, by applying the above-mentioned innovated approach, tremendous gains were achieved in both quality and resource control which were not attainable using the standard development procedures alone. Afișează mai puține • The Refugees Division at Caritas-Egypt society at Alexandria is a partner of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR).• As a founder of the E-Learning and Telework administration, I was solely responsible for laying out the technical specifications of all the networking and computing equipment that must be procured in order to establish the newly envisioned training and telework center.• Responsible for the planning and setup of all the networking computing equipment including PCs, laptops, tablets, servers, UPSs and switches.• Responsible for the planning, configuration and administration of the Windows Server 2012 R2 infrastructure. Utilizing the Hyper-V virtualization platform, I set up, configured and administered all the virtual servers needed to serve our training and telework center.
